What do we mean by sustainable success?
Success that endures over generations and that is not compromised by short term needs of any one stakeholder.
How does this relate to 'sustainability'?
It is much broader: we are looking at behaviours, systems, processes and structures that will ensure that strategic choices and operating decisions are optimised over time. In the long term, we believe the interests of all stakeholders converge and so sustainable success will embrace the relationship between an organisation and its environment.
