I graduated from Loughborough University with a degree in Mathematics and Education having served as an instructor in Avionics in the Royal Air Force. The variety of teaching methods I experienced benefited me in my approach to the way individuals and organisations learn. Several successful years as a teacher, the MD of a clothing business, Director of Marketing of a leading law firm, combined with rugby union coaching activities enabled me to accomplish the unique achievement of coaching England and Wales; becoming the last team to win the 5 Nations Championship.
I remain fascinated by the way people can achieve long-term success by developing a clarity of purpose and values, articulating it to their team and helping them to achieve success too. I work with individuals and teams in many international locations, helping them to transform their performance and leave a lasting legacy. My focus is on leaders who are passionate about success in the long-term, for themselves and their people. I work in a range of sectors, including consumer healthcare, medicine, sport and higher education.
