After graduating in English Literature, I spent a year in Peru on a cultural exchange, an event that sparked a lifelong love for Latin America. Back in the UK, I worked in marketing for a technology company, before becoming a management consultant, first at Cap Gemini, then at Booz Allen Hamilton (now Strategy&), specialising in organisation and leadership, principally supporting transformation programmes through communication and stakeholder management, culture change, and the development of HR enablers. Nearly ten years ago, an eight-month sabbatical in Buenos Aires, Argentina, turned into a permanent residence in the city, where I continue to live. Since then I’ve worked with NGOs and in HR for a strategy consultancy, and during the last few years have focused on supporting small business owners who are looking to grow.
I’m fascinated by understanding how organisations work, and how to get the right environment and systems in place that enable everyone to give their best and reach their potential. I joined Telos Partners to support the Latin American operations of a multinational client with the definition of their strategy and development of their top teams, after a merger created effectively a new business unit. I’m bilingual in English and Spanish, a certified coach, and am currently studying for a Masters in Organisational Studies.
