Over a period of more than 28 years of consulting, I have worked with many senior leaders to implement and sustain transformational change. I specialise in the areas of corporate culture and the strategic and operational aspects of human resources management including assessment and employee value proposition development; both in France and internationally. My experience includes the implementation of complex transformation projects and the application of innovative engagement processes that require the involvement of all the key stakeholder groups, including employee organisations and representatives.
I am a speaker in French Business Schools on HR and Change Management topics – and am the author of Business HR Oriented (2009).
I have known Telos for a number of years and have recently joined as a Partner. I look forward to working with like-minded colleagues and developing Telos, not only in my native France but also internationally.
