After coming to the end a short professional rugby career I decided to complete an undergraduate degree in Business Management & Marketing, this lead me to a new career path starting with John Deere in the Region 2 Strategic Accounts department. After an exciting time there supporting and advising major clients through Europe and Russia with their Sales Solutions I decided I wanted to expand my knowledge and build on my client relationships skills by applying them to Management Consultancy. As a graduate I was personally asked to join a major commercial land sector consultancy where I helped grow and sustain businesses for clients in Britain & Europe by primarily providing advice on investments. Building a trusted relationship with my clients became my passion, and this passion subsequently led me to Telos where I decided I wanted to help create positive change in businesses and support ambitious individuals in achieving their own long term sustainable success. During my rugby career and the professional roles I have held it has enabled me to understand the positive impact leadership, culture and the power of communication and engagement all have on the success of an organisation and its people..
I currently operate in the UK, Europe & Asia Pacific regions working with and supporting senior leaders and their teams. I provide advice on managing organisational change whilst adapting to the modern world of business and technological advancements in order for them to achieve long-term sustainable success.
