I first encountered the principles of sustainable success studying History at Manchester University, where I discovered that organisations which embraced a purpose beyond economics, were more likely to endure. Mixing with leaders of global and local entities at Tomorrow’s Company in London I discovered the power of engagement for long-term success and then took this knowledge to the not-for-profit sector in South Africa; my home since 2003.
I have the privilege of working with Telos clients locally, nationally and internationally. I most enjoy equipping clients to integrate the identity of their organisation with what they are trying to achieve strategically. Engagement remains a central part of what I do; building a shared understanding and inviting people (from all levels of the organisation) to take ownership for the changes that will help them and their business to thrive for years to come.
