I began my career with marketing and sales management positions. I then joined the European headquarters of Bristol-Myers Squibb as a member of the European Management Team, holding Europe-wide strategic and pan-European operational responsibility for one of the biggest business within the company. In 1997 I was appointed to the Management Team of Bristol-Myers Squibb Germany and, as one of the few women leaders in this industry, I built and led highly profitable business units with full P&L and personnel responsibility through times of major change such as corporate alliances, M&A and corporate re-organisation. At the same time, I supported the implementation of Leadership Development – one of the company’s key priorities – working to embed a culture of coaching and leadership behaviours at all levels of the organisation.
My experience in developing and leading multicultural teams and profitable businesses in complex global corporations has developed my passion for processes that unleash leadership potential. Since 2003 I have been working with leaders and their teams seeking dynamic change and new perspectives for themselves and for their organisations. I support them in enhancing their leadership impact and ability to achieve personal and business success by focusing on maximising their organisation’s strategic resources and opportunities, and by effectively managing change and continuity, bringing structure, focus and energy to common goals.
As a French-native living in Germany, my personal and international business background enables me to work sensitively and successfully with my clients in several languages, whilst respecting their cultural backgrounds.
