Following my undergraduate degree in International Management, coupled with my experience working with the Munich Re Foundation as well as an environmental management consultancy in Germany, I decided to study for a Master’s in Emerging Economies and Inclusive Development. Driven by my interest in how a business can advance the development of a society and help it to prosper, I joined Tomorrow’s Company, a London-based not-for-profit think tank, that enables and inspires business to be a force for good in society; I worked as Communications and Project Manager there for three years. During this time I deepened my understanding of the importance of purpose, values and long-term relationships as drivers for the sustainable success of companies. I greatly enjoyed the opportunity to work with a wide range of companies, investors, government bodies, and civil organisations, such as BlackRock, BAE Systems, Coca-Cola European Partners, HSBC and Walgreens Boots Alliance.
In early 2018 I fulfilled a life-long dream by moving to Mexico City, where I joined Telos Partners to support our client delivery in Latin America. I am driven by the desire to make a positive impact and build sustainable businesses over the long-term. As a German-Salvadoran native I am fluent in German and Spanish, as well as English and I relish the opportunity to tackle new challenges.
