Working in the Telos community is refreshing. I enjoy supporting my colleagues, so we bring out the best in each other. It’s all about teamwork.

I am at my best and happiest when working with others to turn ambition into plans, plans into action, and action in to results.

As a former CEO, I am convinced that sustainable success relies on genuine human leadership and a strong and well explained belief and purpose owned by the top team. This requires continuous conversations with everyone in the organization and demonstration that it drives and inspires daily actions.

I am specialised in behavioural change across different cultures and most of my current working involves coaching and working with ambitious leaders through a wide range of changes.

I enjoy working across cultures, learning about different ways of working and then helping people get the best out of each other by working together more effectively.

I am firmly convinced that people make the difference, not processes nor tools.
That’s why I always encourage leaders to pay a special attention to their organisational culture in change processes to enable a sustainable transformation with long-term success.

I specialise in corporate culture and the strategic and operational aspects of human resources management including assessment and employee value proposition development and change management.

I enjoy helping ambitious CEOs and their Senior Leadership Teams to clarify what they want to achieve, providing them with the support and guidance they need to define and implement a clear plan of action that will deliver long term success.

I appreciate being able to use my skills in a firm which is dedicated to long-term sustainable success and whose values fit with my own.

I see values and behaviours as the core drivers behind creating a more inclusive workplace culture, not so much initiatives and training, but more experiences and real connections. I've also learned that these things are more challenging to get people to buy into, but that makes it all the more satisfying for me and feeds my motivation to keep showing up, with honesty and grace.

I firmly believe that change is a constant for lasting success. In this regard, my drive consists in guiding and supporting leaders and their teams in achieving genuine impact by identifying and turning the right screws.

I enjoy helping my colleagues deliver successful and sustainable change for our clients. Working with the team and our clients provides a wealth of learning which is supporting my development path.

As someone who likes to be organised, my preference is to take ownership and meet deadlines, whilst making sure that others deliver on their commitments too!

I have a holistic view to long-term sustainable success and encourage leaders to look beyond profit and place equal importance on the organisation’s purpose and contribution to society.

Engagement remains a central part of what I do; building a shared understanding and inviting people to take ownership for the changes that will help them and their business to thrive for years to come.

I remain fascinated by the way people can achieve long-term success by developing a clarity of purpose and values, articulating it to their team and helping them to achieve success too.

I firmly believe that the only way to achieve competitive advantage today, is through culture and total clarity of purpose – for the business as well as for the team and its individuals

I enjoy establishing close partnerships with business leaders. Helping them and their teams to build resilient, successful organisations, with a clear purpose and vision.

I enjoy my role of fixing things and ensuring that our infrastructure is running smoothly. Whilst also supporting the team to reach their true potential and fulfil ambitions.
