Engagement remains a central part of what I do; building a shared understanding and inviting people to take ownership for the changes that will help them and their business to thrive for years to come.

I remain fascinated by the way people can achieve long-term success by developing a clarity of purpose and values, articulating it to their team and helping them to achieve success too.

I am specialised in behavioural change across different cultures and most of my current working involves coaching and working with ambitious leaders through a wide range of changes.

I enjoy helping my colleagues deliver successful and sustainable change for our clients. Working with the team and our clients provides a wealth of learning which is supporting my development path.

The more I work on strategy and organizational transformation, the more I appreciate the role culture, purpose, and people play in an organization’s lasting success. Bringing the culture and people to make the strategic rationale come alive to create sustained success for our clients.

As someone who likes to be organised, my preference is to take ownership and meet deadlines, whilst making sure that others deliver on their commitments too!
