Alan Davies

Chair of the Trustees

After serving as an instructor in Avionics in the Royal Air Force, Alan graduated from Loughborough University. The variety of teaching methods he experienced benefitted him in his approach to the way individuals and organisations learn.

Alan spent several successful years as a teacher, the MD of a clothing business and Director of Marketing of a leading law firm, combined with international rugby union, coaching England and Wales.

A founder member of Telos Partners, Alan grew fascinated by the way people can achieve long-term success by developing a clarity of purpose and values, articulating it to their team, then helping them to achieve success.

He helped to establish The Telos Foundation, to sustain the legacy of sustainable success for leaders of charitable organisations into the future.
