The Telos Foundation

Supporting charitable organisations and their leaders to achieve and sustain success.

How The Telos Foundation makes a difference

At Telos Partners, our principles matter. That’s why in 2019 we established The Telos Foundation as a charity to help leaders to be successful within their charitable organisations and sustain that success over time.

We care about sustainable success. To support this, we provide bursaries to charity leaders and support charitable organisations leading the debate in this field.

We also facilitate impactful conversations between leaders of charities and provide grants to further research into the drivers of sustainable success.

Supporting present and future leaders of charities

We provide bursaries to the leaders of charities to attend Windsor Leadership programmes at Windsor Castle.

Windsor Leadership provides transformational, experience-led leadership development programmes for senior leaders across all sectors, including not-for-profit. These challenge leaders to think differently as they strive to support ‘Exceptional Leaders, Leading for Good’.

Strengthening organisations leading the debate

We are stewards of the name and legacy of Tomorrow’s Company – an independent, non-profit think tank founded in 1996 that inspires and enables business to be a force for good.

Today, Tomorrow’s Company focuses on how the next generation learns about business and, with our support, has two pioneering programmes: the Future Skills Programme (for Key Stages 3 and 4) and Business as a Force for Good (for first-year undergraduates).

Facilitating conversations between leaders

We facilitate impactful conversations between leaders of charities as Friends of Cumberland Lodge.

Founded in 1947 to empower people to tackle social division through dialogue, Cumberland Lodge hosts multi-sector conferences, panel debates, seminars and retreats on pressing societal and ethical issues, involving people of all backgrounds, ages and perspectives.

Empowering young people to develop their skills

We support Young Enterprise, a charity that empowers young people to develop their business and personal skills.

Through its pioneering school, college and university programmes, Young Enterprise inspires young people to thrive in the fast-changing job market by equipping them with essential work skills, knowledge and confidence.

Our yearly donation supports Young Enterprise’s annual essay competition.
