P4L's website has a smart new look

We’re delighted to announce that Partners for Leadership (P4L) has launched a new website – just in time for its first leadership retreat of 2026, taking place in at Cumberland Lodge in Windsor this week.

P4L's two-year strategic leadership development experience is delivered in association with Telos Partners and our consultants Peter Ward, Coralie Hooper and Kamylla Caponi are on its executive team.

Created specifically for senior strategic leaders and those on the path to the top, it helps organisations prepare their next generation for the challenges they will face – and ensure they lead the field once in role.

Highlighting P4L’s impact on senior leaders

The new website makes it easy for high-potential senior leaders – and those responsible for succession planning in their organisation – to see how P4L’s content and structure supports the transition from operational to strategic leader: a major step up that requires a different mindset.

This is why P4L spans two years (not two months) and puts the emphasis on personal development alongside experienced professional development support.

Both of these evolve over time, nurtured by P4L’s blend of face-to-face events (three overnight retreats each year), cross-sector interaction and learning, webinars and one-to-one access to a ‘Critical Friend’.

What participants say about the value of P4L

'The opportunity [P4L offered] to connect with other leaders facing similar challenges was incredibly valuable'

P4L’s new website also features more of the first-hand feedback P4L participants have kindly given the team.

Like this…

‘P4L provides an opportunity in a safe space to share views, ideas and learn from others’ experiences,’ says one senior leader. ‘It has helped me address challenges, apply different thinking and grow into my leadership role.’

‘The opportunity to connect with other leaders facing similar challenges was incredibly valuable,’ explains a second participant.

Another participant describes P4L's provision of a carefully-matched Critical Friend as ‘simply brilliant’.

‘Having their impartial but informed opinion has helped me enormously,’ they confirm.
