Alex draws on his 25-plus years’ corporate experience and coaching skills to help leaders and senior teams navigate the challenges they face and achieve long-term success.
Alex’s career started with a series of FMCG marketing roles and culminated in him becoming the CEO of a fourth-generation family-owned business for 10 years. He led the business through all stages of the business cycle, experiencing the highs, lows, loneliness and complexities of being a CEO.
Today, Alex helps leaders and their teams to get to the core of the issues they face, then establish the best way forward and build a high performing team.
