Coralie draws on her own experience to support a range of global organisations across different business sectors. She enjoys working with individuals and teams, helping them to develop their leadership skills to enable them to drive and deliver long-lasting cultural and personal change.
Coralie started her career as a chartered accountant, qualifying with PwC. After eight years working in the US and UK she moved into management and career development where she worked primarily with managers and partners helping them to develop as successful leaders.
Her experience was enhanced with six years as Director, Global Talent at American Express where she worked across Europe and globally, developing leaders at all levels.
