De-Ann leads on our culture and inclusion initiatives and enabler programmmes – performance trainer, sales and sales coaching.
She draws on the insight she’s gained as a Barrett-certified consultant and CIPD-trained trainer with nearly 30 years’ experience across every stage of the training cycle. Her work has focused primarily on sales environments and designing programmes aimed at driving behavioural change.
De-Ann believes that values and culture are fundamental to cultivating healthy, high-performing teams within organisations, where people truly are the greatest asset. Transforming workplace experiences and supporting people development is at the heart of what inspires her to work in this field.
Clients describe De-Ann as authentic, creative and honest. She is known to be clear in her communication and ‘acts with generosity and grace’ when involved in challenging conversations.
Outside work, De-Ann finds great joy in being a mother. She is also a newly-appointed Magistrate with a revitalised interest in fitness and foods from around the world.
