Emma supports our team to deliver on client commitments and project manages and supports Telos Partners’ leadership development programmes. She ‘owns’ the management and running of our Partners for Leadership experience, as well as helping with some of our HR and admin processes.
Emma joined our business after university in Cape Town. She has since completed her Master of Commerce in Industrial and Organisational Psychology while working here.
She is inspired by the opportunity to contribute to sustainable success – creating value that lasts and benefits both the organisation and the people within it. She is motivated by helping individuals grow and thrive in their own way.
People describe Emma as calm under pressure and value her can-do attitude. They say she is always ready to take on more activities and get stuck in with a smile.
Outside work, Emma enjoys horse riding (she was previously a riding instructor), as well as time with friends and family and a good glass of wine.
