Frederic draws on his global industrial leadership experience to support Telos Partners’ clients in France and those involved in manufacturing activities.
Frederic’s career includes 12 years as CEO of USG Boral. He also spent 20 years at Lafarge in a range of senior roles – including managing the cement, ready-mix concrete and aggregates businesses in South Africa; managing the cement business in South Korea; and being Corporate Senior Vice President of Research & Development.
Before this, he was a scientific researcher for the French National Research Centre and a post-doctorate researcher with IBM Research Labs in the USA.
Frederic’s approach is to use his leadership experience to support mentoring discussions with leaders to help them shape their own leadership approach and gain self-confidence to develop sustainable success. Clients value him for his authenticity, experience and honesty.
In his free time, classical music is Frederic’s ‘dearest hobby’. He has been playing the cello for most of his life and has also recently started piano lessons.
