Jane produces and implements our IT, People and Facilities strategy and manages our day-to-day operations. She also leads and delivers on the projects that support this, including recruitment, onboarding and comms.


Having started her career in retail, good customer service remains at the heart of Jane’s approach. She went on to use that early experience in delivering and managing large transformations, championing the importance of behaviour in effective change.


Jane’s key strength is her ability to balance ‘big picture’ strategic thinking with hands-on operational implementation. She brings clarity to complex business challenges, implements strategic frameworks and supports the fostering of high-performing teams.


People describe Jane as ‘the oracle’, empathetic and ‘a bit off the wall at times’! She gets things sorted and done.


In her free time, Jane  relaxes by drawing and painting (watercolour is a favourite). She also enjoys hiking, pickleball and being in nature: ‘Trees are amazing,’ she says.
