Jeremy is a dynamic leader, coach, mentor and independent trustee who thrives on supporting clients to leverage the benefits of being employee-owned (EO).
Before joining Telos Partners, he spent 30-plus years at the UK’s largest employee-owned business, where he progressed from shop-floor trainee to senior leadership team while also participating as an elected democratic representative. He went on to found J Gadd Associates (JGA) in 2014 and joined Telos Partners following our merger in January 2025.
As a champion of dyslexic thinking, Jeremy draws on his own gift of dyslexia to enable others to deal with and resolve complex change. He has an MSc in Coaching and Behavioural Change.

In his free time, he enjoys running, the great outdoors and will (happily) barbecue in the rain.
