Joanna facilitates transformation for clients, from inception to implementation. The thread that runs through her work is culture strategy.


Joanna started her career in a business think tank, advocating for the role of business to be about wealth creation. She moved to South Africa to support the creation of an educational charity – an experience that led her into consulting and then specifically into culture strategy. She co-founded our business in South Africa and has led on a number of international and UK-based client engagements.


Joanna helps people experience an activating hope and possibility in how they lead. She believes the quality of workplace relationships has a significant impact on how a team/business performs.


Clients describe her as an accurate and thoughtful listener. They appreciate her calm companionship to find their own way in complex and emotional leadership scenarios.


Outside work, Joanna loves exploring the great outdoors by foot or kayak with her family and dogs. She also enjoys being a positive influence in the communities to which she belongs.
