Joe focuses on facilitating teams to build a collective methodology within a framework that continuously questions clarity of purpose and desired outcomes – based on a vision of enabling sustainable performance. He is most effective when enabling leaders to better articulate value and improve the organisational capabilities that can achieve higher-performing outcomes.

Before joining Telos Partners, Joe built an international business career in the fast-moving world of semiconductors. He managed global supply chain and logistics operations across 25 countries, drawing on his previous experience in the automotive, steel fabrication and construction industries. After being transferred to Singapore in 1988, Joe made the country his home.

Joe believes that business culture is fundamental and pivotal to success. As he says, it’s not just about talking about ‘culture’ but about the attitudes and behaviour that an organisation demonstrates.

Outside work, Joe enjoys sailing (racing more than cruising), family time, travelling and developing new knowledge as he believes that ‘unlearning and re-learning’ has become a reality in today’s tech-driven world.
