Katy is an experienced journalist who creates original written content for business websites, social media, email marketing and blogs.
Previously, Katy spent 23 years in communications with the UK’s largest employee-owned business – first as a reporter, then news editor and finally deputy editor for the retailer’s weekly in-house magazine and digital channels.
Since leaving in 2017, she has focused on creating clear and engaging written content for a range of larger companies and SMEs. She joined JGA in 2022 and has been part of our team since Telos Partners and JGA merged in January 2025.
Clients describe Katy as friendly, calm, kind, professional and ‘a joy to work with’ – plus ‘super helpful’ and fun.
In her free time, Katy is happiest outside. She loves walking in the South Downs and also supports adults living with disabilities or ill health as a weekly Garden Support Volunteer for a therapeutic gardening charity called Thrive.
