An engineering graduate, Kieran has lived and worked in the USA, China, Sweden, Switzerland and the UK. During 25 years in senior global roles across industrial engineering and technology, he has led innovation, marketing, strategy, people and product functions. He has built £100m-plus innovation pipelines, partnered with leading business schools on leadership development and delivered sustainable growth across diverse markets.

Kieran brings curiosity, listening and structured frameworks to co-create solutions with clients. He believes innovation succeeds when people are engaged and empowered – and when strategic ambition is matched with practical implementation.
