Lisa is a dedicated governance professional and independent trustee who takes time to understand the key priorities for every business. She knows the value of structure, process and effective engagement, where leaders work with employee owners to increase their business acumen, empowering them to take responsibility.

Lisa's approach builds on her previous 25-year career, where she led teams of up to 70 people in frontline and support functions, before moving to personnel. She is passionate about employee engagement, succession planning and leadership development.

At Telos JGA, Lisa supports businesses that are focused on making a difference – to their clients, employees and the environments around them.

Outside work, Lisa enjoys art, crafts and is a keen baker, known for her delicious cinnamon buns.
