Nessa is an experienced virtual PA who supports Telos JGA’s smooth operation, while working independently with other clients through her own business.
Nessa’s previous career spanned 20 years with the BBC where she started at Radio 4 as a secretary before moving to That’s Life and Breakfast Time.
She went on to direct the BBC’s world, prime and UKTV free to air channels, but is now enjoying a healthier life balance – ‘working during the day, sleeping at night!’
She values her interaction with clients, and with clients’ clients and skilfully develops these relationships. At Telos JGA, she plays a pivotal role in building rapport with prospective clients and strengthening connections once work has begun.

Outside work, she enjoys long dog walks, cooking and is an active member of the WI. She’s also a charity driver and does companion visits in her local community.
