Peter is Chairman of Telos Partners and was a co-founder of our business in 2000. He works internationally with chief executives on the transformation of their businesses and their growth, both organically and through acquisition. The long-term nature of the pursuit of sustainable success means that relationships with key executives span many years.

Peter qualified as a chartered accountant and spent 15 years as a partner with Deloitte and, through merger, Coopers & Lybrand (now PwC).

He was a member of the Tomorrow’s Company Inquiry (1994/95) – a project initiated by the RSA to define the role of business in a changing world which introduced the concept of an ‘inclusive approach’ to success. This inspired Peter to move into consulting on the development of organisations to sustain success.

Peter is also a Trustee of The Telos Foundation which helps leaders to be successful within their charitable organisations and sustain that success over time.
