With 20-plus years’ experience in management and leadership roles in large pharmaceutical corporations and medium-sized companies, Silke’s expertise lies in three areas: strategic and operational responsibilities, leading transformational processes and global, intercultural collaboration. Today she works as an independent marketing consultant and equine-assisted coach.
