Verity works with leadership teams to align strategy with desired culture and has delivered projects ranging from succession impact assessments to complex organisational transformations. She is passionate about creating inclusive environments that enable change in a compassionate way. 

Before joining Telos Partners in 2022, Verity spent seven years in the United States leading training and development for 400 staff members. At Telos, her recent work includes supporting an executive team of a neurodiverse learning provider through a two-year transformation, encompassing project management, executive support and digital rollout.

Clients value Verity’s ability to bring clarity and structure to challenging change initiatives in a compassionate and human way. They appreciate her way of bringing different perspectives into the room and driving for successful outcomes.

Outside work, Verity enjoys running with friends, long walks and quilting.
