Client story

Peter on transformation, growth and sustainable success

Peter's work with chief executives centres on the challenges that cannot be solved through a short-term initiative alone: transforming an organisation, integrating growth through acquisition, strengthening culture and building the conditions for sustainable success. He works alongside leaders over time, helping them connect strategic choices with the organisational development required to deliver and sustain those choices through changing conditions.

Questions Jeremy is regularly asked

  • What does sustainable success mean for an organisation?
Sustainable success means creating strong performance while continuing to develop the organisation’s capacity to succeed in the future. Peter helps leaders connect strategy, culture, relationships and organisational capability so that progress can be sustained beyond a single planning cycle.

  • How should CEOs lead through volatility?
Volatility increases the need for clarity without pretending that everything can be predicted. Peter works with chief executives to focus on purpose, strategic priorities and the organisational conditions that help people make good decisions as circumstances change.

  • How do strategy and culture interact during transformation?
Strategy describes where an organisation intends to go; culture strongly influences how people behave while getting there. Peter helps leaders address both together so that the organisation’s ways of working support rather than undermine strategic change.

  • What changes when growth comes through acquisition?
Acquisition creates strategic opportunity alongside organisational complexity. Leaders need to consider integration, culture, decision-making and capability as well as financial and commercial outcomes. Peter helps clients keep these dimensions connected.

  • Why do long-term adviser relationships matter in transformation?
Major organisational transformation unfolds over time and through changing circumstances. A long-term relationship allows an adviser to understand the organisation’s history, leadership context and evolving priorities, while still bringing challenge and an external perspective.
