At Telos Partners, we’ve been counting down for weeks.
Not just because we're employee-owned ourselves and support EO clients – but because, as a 'Gold' exhibitor, we'll be playing an active part at the conference again.
Two packed days of events, 800-plus delegates, keynote speeches, workshops and more – here's why we’re excited about the eoa conference 2025.
1. Going for Gold: supporting EO together on our stand
JGA has been a regular exhibitor at the eoa conference, including going ‘Platinum’ in 2022, 2023 and 2024.
Last year we joined them on their stand but this is the first time we'll be there as one united Telos Partners team since Telos and JGA officially completed our merger this year.

2. Celebrating a year since our new EO offer went live
That’s right – it was November 2024 when our refreshed EO offer went live.
Our employee ownership support reflects the knowledge, energy and care we’ve invested to ensure that the help our experienced team can offer is the help our employee-owned clients need now.

3. Succession planning and EO – sharing our practical insight at two insightful sessions
At Telos JGA, we enjoy being invited to share the experience and insight we’ve gained working in and alongside more than 100 employee-owned businesses.
So we’re delighted that our consultant Alex Bloom and team will be directly involved with two eoa conference sessions this year – both focused on the importance of effective leadership succession in employee-owned businesses.
'Succession Planning for Sustainable Leadership in EO Businesses’
Framed around the eoa conference theme of ‘Owning the Future’, this session explores how proactive and purposeful succession planning ensures your employee-owned business remains resilient, values-driven and well-led for years to come.

'Reflections on Leadership Succession: what does the future hold?'
As employee-owned businesses evolve, so too must their leadership and governance structures.
This reflective and forward-looking session invites employee trustees, leaders and employee voice reps to share their experiences, challenges and aspirations within the EO landscape.

4. Some of our EO clients are up for awards
We don’t need much excuse to dress up, especially when there’s an award ceremony involved. Even better when it’s the eoa’s annual UK Employee Ownership Awards being announced at this year's eoa conference gala dinner.
As always, we’re excited to hear more about all who’ve entered – but are particularly excited that JGA's client Attraction Tickets has been shortlisted for EO Transition of the Year.
