Marc is an experienced advisor, coach and former senior executive who supports senior leaders and their teams to unlock potential through trust, clarity and a growth mindset.
Before joining Telos Partners – where his main focus is growing our presence and impact in Germany – Marc was a Telos client for many years. He spent more than 25 years in international leadership roles across Consumer Healthcare and FMCG, achieving business turnarounds, cultural transformation and strong market growth in Europe and Asia.
Since 2019, he has focused on advising executives and their teams and organisations worldwide, helping them achieve high performance. By focusing on trust and how people work together, he helps to unlock the capability that makes change truly effective and sustains success.
