That’s why Telos Partners created EO Connect.
EO Connect spans our three peer support groups for employee trustees, MDs and people, culture or HR leaders in businesses that are employee-owned. It is free for our employee-owned clients and open to others (by invitation) for a fee.

1. Trustee Connect – our network for employee trustees
Trustee Connect was launched in 2021 for employee trustees.
It enables employee trustees to network, learn and develop the clarity and confidence they need to be effective in this unique board-level role.

2. MD Connect – our network for MDs of employee-owned businesses
MD Connect was launched in 2024 for MDs of employee-owned businesses.
It enables MDs to network and learn from each other’s experience of the strategic and cultural challenges that can arise when leading an employee-owned business.
MD Connect is hosted by our consultant Alex Bloom.

3. People & Culture Connect – our network for EO people, culture and HR leaders
People & Culture Connect is Telos Partners’ newest EO peer support group.
Launched in 2025, it is for senior-level people, culture and/or HR leaders who are responsible for delivering great employee ownership and employee engagement in their business.
People & Culture Connect is hosted by our consultant Corrine Thomas.
