P4L opens booking for 2027's senior leadership retreats

Diaries at the ready if you’re a newly-appointed strategic leader or a high-potential individual identified in your organisation's leadership succession plans.
We’re delighted to share that booking for Partners for Leadership’s next three leadership retreats is now open – with places available for the cohorts starting this two-year strategic development experience in February, June and September 2027.
The retreats are an integral part of the peer-led support P4L provides for participants as they make the critically important transition from operational to strategic leader.
Each one takes place at Cumberland Lodge, an exclusive venue in the peaceful setting of Windsor Great Park.
Partners for Leadership is delivered in association with Telos Partners, and our team is looking forward to supporting the leadership retreats which will be held on 23-24 February, 8-9 June and 21-22 September 2027.

Supporting strategic leaders to succeed
